Developing premium instruments

If you have developed a premium instrument, Simulation Studio provides a path for you to sell your hard work.  The source must first be uploaded for analysis by Simulation Studio to insure it complies with terms of use.  Simulation Studio will then package it as an encrypted file to be sold in the store as a premium instrument.  Simulation Instruments collect a percentage from the sales of the instrument for hosting it on the Simulation Instruments store.  The source is not shared with a purchaser, only an executable that only run in Simulation Instruments Studio or Simulation Instrument Panels.

Reach out to info@SimulationInstruments if you would like to sell an instrument you have developed through our channels.

Key points in the terms of use

  • The artwork included in the instrument must be original, or licensed for use by you
  • Fonts used must be licensed for use by you, or from a source that allows use
  • No “dial home” code will be accepted
