Terms of use
Effective October 2026
These terms cover simulationinstruments.com, Simulation Instrument Studio, Simulation Panel, the X-Plane plugin, FlightPlanBridge, and products sold in the store. By using them you agree to these terms.
Free software
Simulation Instrument Studio and Simulation Panel are free. They are provided as is. Instruments you create or import run free.
Paid products
Premium instruments, premium panels, and US cycle database updates are sold separately. A premium instrument is licensed for personal use on one panel, unless you buy a commercial license. You may not resell, redistribute, or unwrap a paid product for others.
Simulation only
The products are for flight simulation. They are not for real-world navigation or for use in a real aircraft. Navigation data may be out of date or incomplete.
Your instruments
You are responsible for the instruments and packages you create, import, or upload, and for following the licenses of any third-party code, artwork, fonts, or data you use in them.
No warranty
The software, data, and site are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Simulation Instruments (Zimfusion) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from use of the software, data, or site. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
